SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship to all 50 states using FedEx Overnight Priority Service. FedEx picks up your flower from our coolers late in the afternoon the day before they need to arrive. 90% of the time FedEx will deliver them by 10:30am the next day. If your establishment is located further than 50 miles from a FedEx HUB the commitment time can range from 12:00noon to 5:00pm the next day. Packages delivered to a business require a signature.

If your establishment is not open by 9:00am the day you are expecting a delivery from us, we strongly recommend that you leave a note for FedEx on your door letting them know what time you open and that the delivery they are attempting to make consists of fresh cut flowers and they should return later that day when you are open.
