All flower we sell and ship are guaranteed to arrive fresh and in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the flowers you receive, please contact us and we will make arrangements to resend replacement flowers and/or issue you a full credit.

If there is a concern that needs to be addressed, we kindly ask that you contact us the same day you receive your flowers. This will assist us identify the problem more easily.
