Our table bouquets are specially designed for restaurants that take reservations and want to give their customers the opportunity to have fresh cut flower brought to their table, while substantially increasing the amount of the average check.

Many of your customers are celebrating a birthday, an anniversary or some other special event, and are looking for something up and above the norm. Whether or not your patrons are celebrating a special occasion, 30%-40% will buy this added service if offered to them while making their reservation. Your customers will welcome this service, and will be grateful that your restaurant had the foresight to offer it.

About Our Table Bouquets
All our table bouquets are made with 50cm Long Stem Roses (Approx. 22 inches long). Each Bouquet we ship is arranged with babies’ breath, tree fern and is individually wrapped. Bouquets are delivered ready to be put into vases and serve. We use select grade roses and a variety of the most desired colors.

To ensure quality and freshness, our bouquets are harvested and arranged fresh at one of our farms specifically for your restaurant. Bouquets are scheduled into production 14 days in advance. We receive the bouquets the day after they are cut and arranged. They are then shipped overnight via FEDEX directly to you for delivery by 10:30 am the following morning.

Each box of bouquets is packed with attractive “to-go” sleeves so when your customers finish dining, they can easily be wrapped for them to take home.

Table Bouquet Ordering & Pricing
Orders for table bouquets need to be ordered 14 days in advance. For year round guarantee pricing, a standard weekly order is required. This item can not be ordered online and requires speaking to one of our representatives so we can ensure you are given the proper support to successfully bring this service to your guest.

Table Bouquet Handling Instructions
  1. Fill a sink 1/3-full with warm water.

  2. Remove bouquets from box.

  3. Submerge stems only in your sink filled with warm water, and cut the stems about ¼ inch on an angle.

  4. Place bouquets after they are cut in a bucket filled with warm water.

  5. Pack bouquets tightly to prevent heads from opening more than desired.

  6. Store bucket filled with bouquets in walk-in cooler. This process usually takes no more than 10 minutes.

  7. Re-cut stems and change water every 3 days. Bouquets should last 8-12 days. We usually deliver bouquets to our restaurants on Wednesdays or Thursdays, so they are as fresh as possible for the weekend.

How to Serve: Take bouquet from the bucket in your walk in cooler, remove wrapping and put into a vase with cool water and serve. When check is dropped the server should remove bouquets and wrap them in one of the attractive "to-go" sleeves that we provide. You should retain the vase for future use.
